Freshness guarantee

If any vegetable arrives spoiled or below standard, we replace it or refund it — no questions asked.

Reach out via WhatsApp or phone within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo of the item. Our team will resolve it within 1 business day.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, or as store credit if you prefer.

You can cancel orders any time before dispatch. Once out for delivery, cancellations may not be possible.
